By accessing or using any services offered by First City Leadership Group (FCLG), including but not limited to leadership development training, consulting engagements, workshops, assessments, and digital content, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. All services provided by FCLG are for professional development purposes only and do not constitute legal, psychological, or financial advice. Clients are responsible for ensuring that the services meet their specific needs and must exercise their own judgment in applying the guidance provided.

FCLG retains all rights to its proprietary materials, including the First City Culture Insight™ framework and any assessment tools, workshop content, or branded intellectual property. Use of any FCLG content, including content licensed through our partnership with the Resilience-Building Leader Program (RBLP), is strictly prohibited outside of authorized settings. No reproduction, redistribution, or modification of these materials is permitted without explicit written consent. As an authorized training provider, FCLG delivers exam preparation services for RBLP certifications, which are the only nationally recognized leadership certifications based on the leader tasks essential for building and leading resilient teams.

Clients and participants are expected to treat instructors, facilitators, and fellow attendees with respect, professionalism, and confidentiality. FCLG reserves the right to remove any participant from a program or deny service for behavior that disrupts the learning environment or violates ethical standards.

FCLG makes every reasonable effort to ensure accuracy in its materials and delivery but makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the completeness or applicability of the content to specific situations. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
